Hello, I hope I am posting this at the right place.

I am new to LabView and Vision Builder, and I would like to ask how do I use VB to measure the fluorescence-intensity of a photo of particles/molecules/cells?

I am still not clear abt this. Do you want to measure the points in the image? do you want to calculate the histogram of the entire image?

as in my plan is to measure the intensity of the fluorescence for each photo taken under different conditions. yup.
