writing to excel sheet and reading from excel sheet

hi in my application i need to store the measured values in excel sheet. i tried to write to excel sheet ok . i need some format in excel sheet. like header/footer i attached my file verify it please. please provide solution for it.

Is what Gerd posted the VI? I don't see anything related to writing to a spreadsheet file or using ActiveX to actually write to an Excel workbook.
