A non-debuggable thread is trying to suspend execution at this address 0000001

When I run my application everything works fine until I automatically generate a word report.  Then when I try to stop the application I get the following warning.  Has anyone seen this and know what is causing it, I close the application and the document after doing a DocumentSaveAs.  I am running LabWindow/CVI 8.0, any help would be appreciated.

Sorry computer went haywire.  Attached is a screen capture and the code I am using for the report generation.  You will notice in the code I have put a trap on the documentOpen function because every other document was giving an error of -1073741819.
