Are register maps available for SCXI modules (SCXI-1520)?

I have recently received some register level code from the NI development team. This code fixes a "Divide by Zero" error when SCXI_Set_Excitation is used in conjunction with SCXI_Set_Config without configuring any chassis or modules in MAX. There are limited comments included in this code, and I would like to have a complete register mapping for SCXI modules (at least the 1520). Are there any resources available?

I believe this is one of the common questions listed in Appendix D of the SCXI-1520 User Manual. Unfortunately, a Register Level Programming manual is not available for the SCXI-1520 as this information is NI proprietary.
