CPU time used by processus

Is it possible to get % of CPU used by a process with any SDK function?

I found GetProcessTimes but only Kernel Time is enable and not CPU.

Check out the NtQuerySystemInformation function in the SDK.
You can also try the performance counter API.

Sound like it could do the trick.
