CVI inst driver to Labview ?

Is it possible to convert an instrument driver from CVI to Labview, the driver in question is here, but does not seem to include the original C code:

Hi Mark,

I downloaded the instrument driver in question and found two sets of source under the TP04300_GPB and TP04300_SRL folders. It is possible to convert a CVI instrument driver to LabVIEW using the conversion wizard built into LabVIEW (under the tools menu).
