Microsoft decided to change the way service packs updated the registry in
service pack 4. We were unable to prepare for that, so the installer doesn't
detect service pack 4 properly. This is easy to remedy and is documented
in our Knowledgebase here: http://digital.ni.com/public.nsf/3efedde4322fef19862567740067f3cc/862567530005f09f8625690e007ae8d8?OpenDocument
