Conditional switch (#if / #ifdef) for 32 versus 64 bit compilation

Solved!

Is there a switch for CVI 10 that allow precompiler defines to be switched when the CVI environment changes?

I can create a user defined value and manually a user defined value but I figure that an "automatic" variable might exists.

Hi blakney,

The term to search for is "predefined macros". Not just for CVI: the GCC and Microsoft Visual C++ documentation use the same term. Here's the CVI 2010 version: http://zone.ni.com/reference/en-XX/help/370051T-01/cvi/usermanual/prjpredefinedmacros/

Automatic variables are something else entirely.
