Cursor disappears while editing UIR panel in Vista

Like the subject says, I can't see any cursor when the mouse is over a panel in the UIR editor when running LabWindows/CVI 8.1.1 under Vista. Any fixes for this?

thanks

Guess I should have tried this before posting, but the problem is dependant on the mouse pointer that I choose. I happens with the 3D-broze or 3d-white schemes, at least. I haven't tried all of the schemes. I suppose the developers could add this to there list of fixes for the next release

Don,

I have been unable to replicate this behavior.  Does the cursor disappear when it is placed over the UIR during design time or run time?  Does it disappear over the entire UIR, or a specific control?  When you say disappear, do you mean that there is nothing on the screen representing the mouse cursor?

Thanks!

Sorry, should have been clearer. I am seeing the problem during design. When the mouse pointer is over the panel, I see no cursor at all. When it is over a control, I see the cursor.

When I place the cursor over the panel, the mouse pointer changes to a thin cross.  This is a windows behavior, as the mouse is changing to its precision select mode.  It might be the case that your precision select mode does not have a pointer associated with it.  You can check this by going to the mouse settings in the control panel, and then on the pointers tab, check to make sure that a cursor is associated with the "Precision Select" case.
