Hello,
We are working to revive our EPICS controls in CVI where we used to be able to use ActiveX controls to include the EpicsCAClient (.fp) instrumentation file. We are having trouble getting it setup as an EPICS Client so we're not sure where to go from here. Our colleagues who use LabView use a tool called CA Labs to communicate with EPICS. Is it possible to use CA Labs with CVI? If so, has anyone done this? Are there other tools to establish EPICS controls within CVI?

Sorry I can't help you, but I'm interested in this subject as I will have to work with Epics soon. Where did you find this EpicsCAClient.fp file ?
Isn't Epics written in C++ and thus difficult to link with from CVI ?
