so can you 'talk' with your instrument at all, using CVI? viOpenDefaultRM () and viOpen () did succeed without error? Phrased differently, does your communication (using CVI) work except transferring binary data?

Thank God,   I found the problem,  before i use Labwindows 2012, when i turn to CVI 2013,  i can read data from the instrument successfully.
