Is my computer broke? With no LabWindows stuff running the attached Just-In-Time Debugger Selector window arbitrarily pops up. When I was using IE it would kill my Yahoo email when I killed the window. Never came up with a solution. Just stopped using IE and am now using Firefox. Even if I use IE to try and post to this site, when I hit "Post" I just get an error message.

The Just-In-Time Debugger is a system wide setting. When you register the CVI JIT Debugger, it is set to handle crashes for all applications and not just CVI-based applications. For example, if Firefox were to crash, then it will display the CVI JIT Debugger. If you did not have a JIT Debugger, you would see the standard Windows application crash dialog.
Also, you can only have one JIT Debugger set at a time. For instance, Visual Studio also provides a JIT Debugger, but you cannot have both the Visual Studio and the CVI JIT Debugger configured at the same time. This KnowledgeBase article describes how to remove or switch the JIT Debugger.

Tried the Knowledge based thing. Could not find regedit. Search results in attached .zip file. I also opened what I thought was the correct folder. Results also in .zip. Looking at the results it is not obvious to me what to delete.
Thanks for your guidance so far. Expect we will eventually nail it.
