My application breaks in W2000 with NTFS

I have my application running in W98, WMe, WNT4.0WKS(FAT) and W2000 (FAT), but now I'm installing in W2000 with NTFS and the program starts but when gererating events the application hangs. I'm using LabWindows/CVI 5.5 with SQL Toolkit 2.0.5 and MDAC 2.6SP2. The application uses multithreading. Any idea? Thanks.

NTFS would not cause a problem. Your problem must be caused by something else, but cannot tell what is causing the problem from the information given here.
