Hi,

I am and new user to PXA N9030A I use labwindows. I have downloaded the msi installation file and installed I can see the AgSan component

under IVI solution and use it API to command the instrument but nothing happens.

I did setup the GPIB address and disabled the GPIB controller in the instrument and can watch the commands in the GPIB spy to be in the bus.

At initiation I get the error message unknown resource.

What should I do it there some set up in the instrument that I missed?

Did you install IVI Shared Components?

Did you install Agilent IO Suite or NI-VISA ?
