What does it mean when I get a Bitmap is invalid error

Does anyone know what a Bitmap is invalid error means?  I get a popup siting LoadPanelEx along with this message.

Hello Donna,

Could you attach a screenshot of the error you are receiving and also the set up of your application. In other words, I'm assuming you're calling a UIR that is saved in a DLL. Did you make sure that you saved all the necessary resources files in the DLL project before you compiled it, such as any necessary images, etc?
