Writting in an existing worksheet

How can I write in an existing worsheet. My program opens an existing Excel file but, in order to write in it,I have to create a new Worksheet .In fact, I just want to write in a worksheet without needing to create it.Thanks a lot for the answer. Arnaud

Check out the example under ..\CVI\Samples\Activex\excel\excel2000dem.prj

This shows how you can open an existing xls file using excel instead of a new one and also writing to it without having to create a new worksheet
