code error -46 with LocalizePanel

When i use the function LocalizePanel the application return an error. This error is 46 but i don't know the
reason of this error.
In the localui.h, the error code is not list.

Can you post a sample here so I can reproduce this. Are you able to reproduce this on a smaller scale?

I have the same problem and I have also the error -6000 on several panels. But I have these errors only when I am running the appliction but not when I load it. And I don't have it on all the panels. I really don't understand why and I would like some help too.
