cvi not responding in debug mode, CVI2013 SP2

I can compile and run a release exe but in debug it states 'build succeded' but CVI hangs.

Any proposal ?

This seems a severe issue. Could you please provide more details?

1. What project are you building?
2. Which OS are you using?
3. Are you building the proejct from network?

1 : Not sure what you mean but it is a debug (32)

2 : Windows 7

3: The project is buit on my personal Laptop (only networked to a printer)

Yes it was the same behaviour.

I also had a huge number of  watch expressions. I have not generated them intentionaly. Now it works, thank you.
