dp_base.dll R6030 crt not initialised

Hi

I recently bought a CP5623 Profibus PCI card.

This came with a library for me to create my own application.

The problem im having is that i get a MS Visual C++ Runtime error R6030 CRT not initialised runtime error.

Why is this happening and how do i solve this problem?

Its the first time i see a problem like this and im not sure what to do.

I googled the problem but every situation has a different solution. 

I tried reinstalling the the Microsoft Visual C++ 2005,2008,2010 Redistributable Package's but i still get the same problem.

The MSDN explaination does not much either.

Im so lost please help.

I think i found out where the problem is. 

I log onto my pc via a domain and this seems to be causing the problem dont know why.

If i log on to the local PC account then i dont get the error.

Does anyone know what the cause my be or how to fix somthing like this?
