local functions

hello everyone... i have written a lot of functions, which i will them in other C programs... in order to save time and capacity, i will make my functions as local functions... means putting them in proper header files... may i ask someone help me out... i appreciate with an example... thanks and kind regrads

Can you clarify what you mean by "local function".  That's not a term I've heard before in this context.  If you are asking for how to write a C header file, there are plenty of tutorials available on the web, such as this one: https://www.w3schools.in/c-tutorial/c-header-files/
