localize japanese cvi

Is it possible to use the localui.fp to localize in japanese language ?.
If yes, what is the best way to do it ?. Must I install all CVI on japanese system ?
What about the lwl files ?.It seems impossible to add them into the distribution kit because the're text file and the developpement systme is french !

Pierre,

The main problem here is that french is a single byte language, and japanese is a multybyte language. In order to localize your application you will need to install a japanase version of Windows and localize your panels there.
