sound card voltage

hello i was wondering if there are any examples that let you measure voltage from a standard sound card?  or if not, if there is something close that would allow me to do this.

What kind of DAQ card do you have in your system?

Or are you trying to measure the voltage in the sound card using just LabVIEW?

Hi nick, possibly acgraham is just trying to access the sound card from CVI

Normally I consider that a DAQ card is much more flexible than a sound card, which higher input voltage range, a large set of acquisition modes and examples and not so high costs (at least, some low-cost devices can be purchased like 6008 or 6009). Nevertheless there is the possibility to access the sound card: you can read this discussion as an example.
