Is thiss possible to make it using this tool ?

The question makes no sense, you need to give more detail.

You seem to suggest a software solution to a hardware problem. You cannot "make" hardware using software.

Do you have an existing thumb impression system that you want to control with software?

If the programming interface is documented, you can interact with it using any programming language.
