update to the internet toolkit?

My machine got blown away and I need to reload CVI 5.5 and the Inet Toolkit. The version of the inet toolkit that I purchased and have on floppy for doesn't seem to support Passive mode. I think that was an upgrade. Can you tell me where I can re-download that updated version of inet toolkit?
