user interface manager could not be opened

Hello,

I am not able to determine why I get "User interface manager could not be opened" when I report the general error string back from the return variable CallCtrlCallback() function.  This program still completes the function.  Why do I get this error?

Thanks for your comment. Unfortunately, I need a little more information on what the error is (a screenshot is great if you can get the error message again) and what exactly you are doing when you receive it. A few steps to reproduce the behavior would be extremely helpful as well.
