Hi,

I need to communicate whit a Omron PLC CJ1M. There is an ethernet card (etn-21) in the rack.

I have communicate whit Omron. They sent me a Modbus ethernet function block but I still dont have communication. There is a serial port on the PLC but Lookout don't support the CJ1M (it's not in the list of the PLC of the Omron driver).

Is there any other option then a OPC server?

It looks like you can use the Modbus Ethernet protocol. Connect a cable to the Modbus Ethernet function block, and use the Modbus object in Lookout.
