Citadel ODBC connection issues

I am connected to the Citadel 5 database via ODBC using MS Access 2002. The connection works intermittently .... we are collecting large amounts of data into the Citadel database ... I was wondering if the problem may be related to the size of the Citadel database ... i.e. Citadel is timing out because it can't satisfy the remote query in time. In anycase ... the information concerning utilities / howto / and general info seems pretty sparse on using this Citadel database ... ANY info would be appreciated.

How are you monitoring that citadel is timing out? Do you still see the same behaviour if you created a simple citadel database and queried only a small amout of data?

Thanks for the response. I was monitoring the timeout by reading the ODBC SQL log. Yes I tried querying for smaller amounts of data ... same result .... timeout. I recently upgraded to Lookout 6.0.2 and it appears to solve the problem (we started to experience PC lockups ... so I upgraded to 6.0.2). I haven't had time to check your suggested knowledgebase articles yet .. but thanks for the info.
