Error during installation "TargetDir is Undefined"

Installing Lookout on a new Vista machine, recieved an error "TargetDir is Undefine, the dir table seems malformed. Aborting....

What's your lookout version? Only Lookout 6.1 supports Vista.

Also, if you are not administrator, please try to log in as administrator and install.

I am using Lookout version 6.1 and am logged in as the Administrator.

I reloaded the HP factory setup on the hard drive of the desktop computer.  The NI program then loaded properly thanks.
