If you're using a standalone PC, then you can send SMS messages to cell phones using the ASCII Object when an alarm occurs. You'll connect a modem to your Lookout PC and use the ASCII Object.
You'll need to implement the SMS protocol in the ASCII Object.
I am not sure how you can update a web page from a stanalone PC tho'.
Another option, if you are simply trying to notify somone of an alarm, would be to use the pager object. There is also a link on Developer Exchange dealing with sending audio to a phone from Lookout using third party software and hardware. Search for "phone" in the Lookout section of the Developer Exchange.
We use a simple GSM cellular phone alarm system for that. It's activated by ON/OFF relay. The called party picks up the handset and monitors any audio alarms active at the moment.
