How do I apply the Lookout 6.0 fixes?

Would it be possible for someone to give me step by step instructions for apllying the Lookout 6.0 fixes?

Once you are in this webpage go ahead and click on Lookout Version 6.0 for Windows 2000/NT/XP -- Fixes. You may have to use the NI membership login and if you do not have one you can create one. Before you download the fixes make sure you read the readme.txt which explains where to save the fixes and what fixes will be downloaded. Hope this helps.
