The first suggestion is to upgrade the Logos/Citadel and all the hot-fixes for Lookout 5.0 from National Instruments Knowledgebases:
Lookout 5.0 Hot-Fixes: Lookout Version 5.0 for Windows 2000/95/98/ME/NT/XP -- Fixes
NI Networking and Database Latest Version (Logos and Citadel 4.4): Lookout Version 5.0 for Windows 2000/95/98/ME/NT/XP -- Citadel and Time Synchronization Servers
If you have already done so, you should contact a National Instruments Support engineer.
