That is quite strange. Do you know if that computer ever had Lookout or any NI software before? Probably there are still some old files. Try running the
Windows Installer Cleanup Utility and see if it lists any NI or Lookout software. Also, do you have administrator permissions in that computer? Do you know if probably another user had NI software installed?
