Lookout 6.1 User not found (Vista)

I have set up users (User Manager) and have put into groups.   When I try to log in the users are not found.   I was able to set up an administrator password with no problem.

I have sent you an empty user account file via email. Let's see if your current file has the problem.

Please also confirm that you can modify the Administrator password now. Since if you can modify it, you have the privilege to read/write the account file and the folder, it is not the security issue.
