Lookout Alarms and Events Browser Text Color

I am running lookout 5.0 and am setting up the Alarms and Events browser Active X object. I am unable to get the "Acknowledged Alarm" Text color to change from the default maroon color for some reason. I can change the active alarm and the event colors. The acknowledged alarm color however, will always revert back to the shade of maroon. Has anybody found a remedy to this? We have several machines using lookout and they all have this problem with this object.

I've seen this behavior together with the same ActiveX control in the LabVIEW DSC Module 6.1. National Instruments provides a fix for it.

KB 2KNE1BJ6
Alarm & Event Display ActiveX Control (AlertView) Does Not Set Colors Correctly
should explain it.

I assume you just need the alertview.dll from the downloadable LV DSC 6.1 Fixes zip file.

Hope this helps, let us know.

Thanks Roli, Replacing the dll file and re-registering it did the trick.
