I'm sorry I tried to look into the crash dump, but didn't see anything. I guess the crash was not logged.

I remember that it did crash in the printer's driver, do you notice if lookout's last crash happened when it was printing?

I just wanted to inform you that the problem is solved when we installed Lookout 6.5. The database crush never happened again.
