My Lookout6.1 server stopped working every a couple of days. This server worked well after I restarted it. But a couple days later, my Lookout client couldn't connect to it and change anything. Can someone help me to figure out why? thanks

Connected on a local network or over VPN/internet?
Try disabling all Windows firewalls and test from there. ONLY IF NOT ON AN OPEN NETWORK!

Yes. Lookout6.1 server with 6.1 clients. connected on a local network with a disabled firewall.
This server was no problem before. It started to have some problem after I deleted some unused drivers because this unused drivers caused some PLC data to be overwritten.

Unused drivers, a little more detail 🙂
If they were "unused" they shouldnt overwrite PLC data.

I moved these drivers to an new HMI server(FT SE server), and controlled PLC data from this new server.
These unused drivers overwrited PLC data because they still had same IP addresses pointed to PLC

Not sure what "FT SE Server" is.
In lookout, if the driver has no connections it will not poll or update. This suggests there were other connections (remote maybe).

FT SE Server is Rockwell FactoryTalk View SE.
My problem is that my lookout server stops working about once a week. I cannot find why.

Okay, so lets do a rundown here.
Main "server" is Lookout?
This connects to "FT SE" as a communications server, via OPC?
Lookout clients connect to the Lookout Server?
The Lookout Clients will connect to the Lookout Server, but will eventually disconnect and will not reconnect until a Lookout Server reboot?

Lookout Server and FT View SE Server work independently. Lookout Clients connect to Lookout Server, and FT Clients connect to FT View SE Server.

That is not an issue I have run into, but also do not have any Lookout 6.1 systems.
You say this only happened after changing driver connections. Do you have backups of the process beore the changes?
