Popup panel wont close in web client

Popup panel wont close in web client

I have a few popup panels which were created as POPUP NO ICON type panels. These panels cannot be closed or minimized in the web client. If panels are created as normal Popups, they work fine. Has anybody had a similar experience? Is there a work around for this? Thanks.

This is a known issue with Lookout Web Clients. Here is a KnowledgeBase that discusses it.
