Process Not Opening And/Or Crashing - No Error Messages

I have a process that has been running for quite a few years. I recently did

an archival and compaction of our Citadel DB for this process. It is

communicating to a number of remote and local OPC Servers. FieldPoint and

Kepware. The process has become extremely unstable and currently I have

been unable to maintain any valuable uptime on the process. There are no error

messages, the process just dissappears and the instance of Lookout that it

is running in closes without error or warning (the process closes...does not

show in task manager).

I am seeing multiple instances of the following errors in the Event Viewer.  Event #s 1000 & 1002

Faulting application lookout.exe, version 5.1.0.8, faulting module opclient.cbx, version 5.1.0.8, fault address 0x00018c5f.

Hanging application lookout.exe, version 5.1.0.8, hang module hungapp, version 0.0.0.0, hang address 0x00000000.

Faulting application lookout.exe, version 5.1.0.8, faulting module hyper.cbx, version 5.1.0.8, fault address 0x0001dedd.
