Hello!
We have Lookout 6.0.2 installed on a PC that we use for monitoring alarm RTUs. One day, this PC stopped loading the client or server files and would just sit idle. After consultanting with an NI representative, I uninstalled the product and reinstalled Lookout in full. The failure to load these files persisted and I attempted another reinstall. After the second reinstall, I now recieve the "Waiting on Time Service" message that seems to be an issue. I checked all of the NI services as described in a prior knowledge bank article, and all are functioning properly (see attached screenshot).
Any ideas on what I can to get this working again? Can I reinstall Citadel?
