Upgrades for LookoutDirect V3.8

I currently have five copies of Lookout Direct V3.8. We would now like to put the data on a SQL server but Lookout Direct does not support this feature. Is NI Lookout available as an upgrade to Lookout Direct?

I think National Instuments has a P/N to upgrade to National Instruments Lookout.
