Why can't I open User Manager window (Lookout)? A message showed "Cannot start Lookout user manager..."

I installed Lookout version 5.0 on one HMI and the application has been working Ok. But when I tried to open the USER MANAGER...from Options, a message window popped up and the message showed "Cannot start Lookout user manager...". I wonder what is wrong and how to fix it.

The most common cause is that your Windows user profile does not have administrative priveleges. If this does not solve the problem, what operating system do you have?
