Why does Lookout quit responding and have to be rebooted?

I've been having problems with Lookout crashing periodically for no apparent reason.  I've downloaded posted fixes, and the problem is worse after the fixes than before.  The XP window desribes the problem as hungapp and does not really give specifics about conflicts.  This occurs when the Lookout app is idle (not being navigated), and when navigating between panels, it can also happen if I'm using Control Panel in XP, but the XP error message always list Lookout.exe as the app with the problems.

The clue is so limited that it's difficult to figure out what's going on.
I assume that your Lookout is 6.0.2 with updates. Does Lookout crash with only one specific process?  If you run a new process, with some panels, some controls, maybe opc objects, will it crash?
Have you ever tried to repair/reinstall Lookout? If it doesn't work, you can try another computer. If Lookout crashes on different computers, it's the Lookout issue. Otherwise, I guess it's the windows issue.

If possible, you can upload your process file to ftp://ftp.ni.com/incoming. We will try to reproduce the crash.
