Write control no longer works

A customer of mine once had a laptop that talked I believe over serial comms to a PLC Direct.  The system had both read & write capabilities.  The computer was moved to a different location and now uses ENet communications via wireless to talk the the PLC.  The read capabilities are still working but the write capabilities no longer work.  I'm not familiar with Lookout and not sure where to start.

what kind of PLC? which driver object is he using in Lookout?

any alarms in Lookout?

The processor is a PLC Direct DL450 and there is alarming.  As I don't have the current application, I don't know the driver object.

You'd better confirm if he is using Direct Logic Plus, which is a DL PLC driver for Lookout made by Automation Direct. It supports Ethernet, while the original driver in Lookout for DL450 doesn't support Ethernet. 
If the driver is from Direct Logic Plus, I suggest him to contact Automation Direct for help.
