lookout opc client timestamp

As I understand Lookout 6.0.1 is opc client 2.0 compliant. How do I make an opc connection to an opc server (OPC2.0 connection) and display on a panel the timestamps of different items (the timestamps are different from the time on the lookout host). All I can do is to display the numerical values but I do not see a solution to view the timestamps .
thanks

Hi Cosmin,

There is not a native object in Lookout to retrieve this time. The time would need to be hosted as a data item just as other data residing on the OPC server. If it is, then any numeric display object can display in date and time format.

However, it is possible to use third-party software to synchronize your local desktop time to that of the remote OPC server. This sounds like the best option for you.
Then you can use the "now" expression to retrieve the date and time at which an object's value is updated.
