web client and security

Can anyone help me with this problem? I'm using ni lookout V5.1 developer and getting this error every time when i try to access web client application. I've already followed instructions from knowledge base and added this site to trusted and also reset security to low but the same problem?!? In version 6.1 I’m not getting this error but for this version I don’t have developer license.

Thanks

I didn't see this error before.  Have a look at the lookout5108.ocx in your lookout 5.1 folder, see its property and then digital signature tab. The signature information should be complete and shows National Instruments Corporation as signer.

What's your os and ie version?

On this photo you can see that certificate exist. I've tried to export certificate from my server computer and import it to client but it didn't help to fix problem.

Os version is Windows XP service pack 2

IE version is 6.0 service pack 2

Any other suggestions?

Did you install lookout 6 player on the same machine before?
I'm not sure of this problem, but you can try to uninstall all other Lookout related product, including lookout 6 player, and then install Lookout 5 player.

Yes lookout 6 was installed before but now on the same machine I have only player 5. I’ve tried to open web page on several other machines in my company but always the same message!

but it is interesting that with version 6.1 it works fine without this error!

Is there a way to test web page on the same machine where server process is running?

Open your IE, Tools->Internet Options, on Security tab, click on "custom level", you can see several options for "ActiveX Controls and Plugins". Change all "Disable" to "Prompt". Then reopen IE, and connect the web server to download. It is supposed to prompt a message box to inform you any alarm and let you select go through or not.
