Automatically find color

Hello all,

In a project I must check if the colors in a cable are OK.

When they start the production the systems should be in learning mode, and my problem is here.

In attach you can see a snap example. Somebody has a nice idea to automatically see the presence of a yellow part and a red part?

After that I believe it´s easy, I will put the found parts in a template and I will make a color segmentation to test the rest of the production.

Hello Carmo,

Could you please tell us what software you are using? One idea that I have is that you use edge detection for example.
