Hi!
I have an Axis 215 PTZ, and i have tried this VI, but it says: ActiveX Automation Not Implemented in Axis.vi...:(
I don't understand what is its problem... if i write into a browser the string that IAxisMediaControl gets as URL, then i see the camera video in the browser correctly...
Any ideas? Thanks:Koli

Ok it's fixed after i download SDK...
Now he write:
Cannot record when stream is stopped.
The Stream is unavailable. This might due to the AXIS device initializing.

what is this Media URL property? Where can I found it?
Thanks:Koli

Hey Koli,
In your previous message, you mentioned something about an error. Something about not being able to record when the stream is stopped and the stream is unavailable. Is the an error you encountered when trying to run your code? Perhaps a screen shot of this error message would help clarify what the error is.
Also, the 'MediaURL' property is most likely referring to the first property node in the example code posted previously in this thread. If you open up the example code, you will notice that there is a property node where the only property being called is this "MediaURL." You should be able to access this property with an ActiveX control for the Axis camera. Beyond that, I am not quite sure what you are asking.

J'ai essayé ce programme mais celui ci me dit qu'il n'arrive pas à ouvrir le fichier en stream. Puis dans l'intitulé http://, on met bien l'adresse ip de la caméra ?
Je vous remercie

For future reference, IMAQdx 3.5 (included in the latest Vision Acquisition version) includes built in support for discovering and acquiring from several brands of IP cameras, including the Axis line.

Eric,
Pardon the intrusion into this thread.
You never responded from the Ethernet/IP thread.
