Can't add device to RTSI cable

Dear all,

I just re-installed Windows and Labview because of computer crashing. 

When I want to register the FPGA and Frame Grabber cards to the RTSI cable, I did not see the option "Add Device to NI-RTSI Cable" when right click newly created cable.

It is so weird since they worked well before re-installation the windows. No changes on the hardware on the computer. Both FPGA and Grabber work well independantly.

Can anybody tell a solution?

Windows 10 - 64 bit.

Labview 2020 - 64bit
