How can I process an 16-bit image?

I am using Labview 6.1 and I know that with Labview it is possible to make an image processing. I want to process (Lookup, Histogramm) an 16-bit image, how can I do this?

You need to have the Vision toolkit. It includes routines for doing what you want. Read the help to get more information on the inputs and outputs. It is fairly straightforward.

This page also mentions the Vision Development Module for LabVIEW, which includes IMAQ Vision and Vision Assistant. Vision Assistant is a powerful interactive environment that allows you to quickly prototype a vision application without programming. You can even generate LabVIEW code!
