How can we implement the Trigger width mode in Labview Imaqdx API?

I have already attempted troubleshooting steps via NI discussion forum here, but I could not yet get any resolution.

Below are the specification that I used for the implementation.

Camera model: FLIR USB Flea3 FL3-U3-32S2C

Configuration library: GenICam

DAQ board: NI USB-6341

Software: 2019 Labview and NI-IMAQdx 19.5.0

Detailed error message description: there is no error but may be a bug in the code, I think.

Attached are the snippet and a .vi file on the external trigger width mode that I tried to implement. Although I configured all the properties for the bulb shutter trigger mode through GenICam according to the FLIR USB3 technical reference manual, I could not get any images with different exposure times which corresponds to different trigger widths in the mode. i.e., all images in IMAQ image indicator displayed as well as PNG images saved were exactly the same regardless of different duty ratios of the trigger signals, which looks like it was just working in the standard external trigger mode. In order for me to capture images with different exposure times via the bulb shutter trigger mode, are there any caveats for using the mode in Labview Imaqdx API? Even if I have already updated the camera using the latest firmware according to the comments from a technical support team in FLIR, I could not resolve this issue.

I have just resolve this issue. I found that the ambient light in the experimental room was too bright to distinguish images with different exposure times.

Thanks anyway.
